It’s time to start thinking about the library’s next fundraiser – the Summer Book Sale. If you find yourself cleaning out your shelves, we are now accepting donations. We are also going to need volunteers to help sort, set up, and run the sale.

The Clifton Springs Library is proud to announce that it has been named a 2020 three-Star Library by Library Journal. This is the third year the Clifton Springs Library has received this honor in the thirteen years that Library Journal has published the index. The Clifton Springs Library first received this distinction in 2018.
For 2020, the index evaluated 5,608 public libraries across the country with 262 being named Star Libraries. The index groups libraries with similar operating budgets and populations and then compares the libraries based on six service outputs: physical item circulation, electronic circulation, number of visits, program attendance, public computer use, and WiFi sessions.
The recognition as a Star Library is truly a credit to the Clifton Springs community who deeply values its library. The library’s Board of Trustees, Director, and staff are grateful for your ongoing support. Thank you!
